In the verse the words "given by inspiration of God" mean "God-breathed."
Since every word came from God, these words must be perfect.
They're perfect for teaching us what to believe,
for showing us what we're doing wrong,
and for showing us how to correct our mistakes.
If you've ever taken a test in school and gotten some answers wrong, the test has only been helpful to you if your incorrect answers have been corrected. Sometimes teachers don't do that. Sometimes teachers don't even help you search out the correct answers so that you can learn for yourself.
God is different. God and His Word are the best teachers there are. He always provides us with the corrections because he wants us to be perfect. Really perfect. He wants us to be fully prepared to do whatever we're called upon to do.
The kids in the picture could be discovering something wonderful from God's Word for the very first time; but they could just as easily be rediscovering or relearning something. They could be checking out something with the same meekness and excitement that first took them to God's Word.
